Lori is currently a Relationship Manager covering lenders in the Southeast. In this capacity, she is responsible for the entire relationship between customers and Fannie Mae. This includes Credit Risk, Technology, Servicing, Capital Markets, Operations, and Technology Solutions. Lori began her career at Fannie Mae in the Single Family Marketing division in 1999. She then moved to the Housing and Community Development division as the Government and Industry Relations Manager for two years.
Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Lori served as Director of Community Affairs at HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation where she was responsible for implementing a homeownership education program in the states of Florida and Georgia. In that capacity, she was responsible for training loan officers on community lending programs. Additionally, she was responsible for the company’s corporate giving campaign and volunteer efforts. Prior to this position, Lori held management positions in regulatory compliance and quality control.
Lori is a graduate of the University of Florida. She lives in Atlanta with her twin daughters Zoe and Mackenzie.

Beryl Johnson came to MGIC in 1997 as a contract underwriter and then joined MGIC’s sales force as an account manager. In the industry since 1983, she brings a wealth of professional experience to the table, including processing, underwriting, and operations management.
Beryl earned her bachelor’s degree from Palm Beach Atlanta University and an MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City’s Bloch School of Business. Born a Floridian, Beryl now calls Missouri home. She enjoys travel in the states and abroad and reading fiction.
Tracey is Sr. Director for Single Family Mortgage Business and has been in her current role since April 2016. Prior to that, Tracey was Eastern Region Director of Customer Engagement. Tracey is responsible for managing a team who collectively manage the end to end business relationship for a select group of customers in the Southeast. She began her career with Fannie Mae in November of 1995 as an Account Associate in Marketing and was then promoted to Customer Account Manager in 1998. In 2007, Tracey managed 4 CAMS and 2 Account Associates who were responsible for the relationships with small Depositories and Mortgage Bankers in the Midwest. She also had direct account management responsibility for 4 Mid-Size Regional Accounts. In 2008, Tracey became a Senior Account Manager responsible for three National Banks whose geographic footprint spans the Country.
Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Tracey worked in the Primary Market for a Mortgage Banker located in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago for 5 years as the Secondary Marketing/Investor Relations Manager.
Tracey has a B.S. in Marketing from Illinois State University and an MBA with a concentration in E-Business from DePaul University.
Tracey has two grown sons and currently lives in Chicago with her husband John.

Steve Richman is a national speaker who has energized, taught and motivated more than 150,000 professionals in every state in the US. After years of success as a litigation attorney, Steve entered the mortgage and real estate profession and has become an expert in the high LTV borrower market. He has been a loan officer, account executive, and manager of a mortgage operation. Additionally, Steve has trained Real Estate professionals through state accredited continuing education classes on topics including Real Estate Negotiations, Understanding the Real Estate Contract and Making Settlement Simple.
Steve has spoken at several mortgage banker and broker association events and has presented before loan officers representing over 500 different lending institutions. As a testament to the information he provides, Steve is frequently “rebooked” to meet with members of the organization who missed out on his presentation.
With a deep interest in adult education, Steve has taught in the MBA program at the Sellinger Business School and has been a guest lecturer for the Columbia University Business School’s MBA program. Additionally, Steve has served as an adjunct faculty member at Towson University. He is a Master Certified Sales Negotiation Trainer and a Certified Trainer in DiSC Behavioral Profiling.
Steve is currently employed by Genworth Mortgage Insurance as their National Spokesperson and Customer Sales Trainer.
Steve is a native of Baltimore, Maryland and a graduate of the University of Maryland and the National Law Center at George Washington University. He makes his home in Raleigh, North Carolina where he lives with his wife and son and daughter.
