Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, Schneika Stokes is a life-long learner & educator, who has devoted her personal and professional life to serving and educating others. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2001, Schneika felt called to take her talents to the classroom instead of the boardroom. Her knack for simplifying the most complicated concepts and her ability to cultivate and maintain strong positive relationships became evident very quickly. With a great desire to reach and support more people, and with encouragement from peers and her evaluator, Mrs. Stokes sought and completed her Master of Education degree from Mississippi College in 2003. She later earned her certification in School Leadership from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2008. She found great joy and satisfaction in working as a public school educator in Mississippi and Texas for 6 years.

After returning to Mississippi in 2008, Schneika continued to serve as an educator in the public school system. Over the next 7 years, she went on to become a public school administrator, and eventually moving into higher education, serving as the Director of Business Programs and Dean of Academic Affairs at two proprietary institutions in the Jackson, MS metro area. In these roles, she was able to hone her leadership skills, while continuing to contribute to the education of others on a much larger scale. Mrs. Stokes’s ability to work collaboratively, her attention to details, and expertise in research-based decision making would prove to be invaluable as she began to turn her attention toward the real estate industry.

Schneika became a Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent in 2015. During the first four years of her real estate career, Schneika made her mark. She won multiple awards, including 2017 Top Lister (Metro South) with ERA Real Estate Professionals, Million and Multi- Million Producer (2016-2018) and numerous monthly top-producer /top-lister awards. In June 2021, Schneika & her husband opened The Academy of Real Estate & Business Development, where she teaches the Salespersons Pre-License. Because of her passion for teaching and her love for real estate, Schneika constantly receives rave reviews from her students.
